We believe the foundation of our district depends on the leadership it holds. Our community needs people in leadership who have vision for OUR community and understand responsibility. Those in leadership in our district should always strive hard to be authentic, transparent and continually be open to hearing and working with the community. Our leaders have responsibility to not only uphold our districts mission statement, but to also create a safe work and learning environment for our teachers, staff and students.
To ensure that our district is creating an “innovative educational experience and that all students become responsible, contributing global citizens” it’s our job as taxpayers to keep those in leadership in our community accountable for the choices they are making for our district. Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results and this group is trying to make positive strides in that direction.
